New Sales Manager appointed at Motor Mall Jersey

Simon Williams has been appointed Sales Manager at local multi franchise motor dealership Motor Mall.

Originally from the West Midlands Simon moved to Jersey with his wife and young daughter three years ago.

With over twenty years’ experience in the motor trade Simon has previously held management positions at a range of prestige dealerships representing brands such as Audi and Mercedes Benz.

Commenting on the appointment Andrew Searle, General Manager of the Jacksons CI Group said, “With his strong track record in the motor sector, Simon is a great fit at Motor Mall and we are confident that he will continue to strengthen and develop the Motor Mall brand.”

Simon will oversee the six strong sales team which represents ten motor manufacturers including Skoda, Fiat, Peugeot and Volkswagen Commercials. Discussing his new position Simon said, “Motor Mall has a great reputation and I am proud to work with a team who are all passionate about the vehicle brands we represent. We are committed to offering choice and convenience and to delivering outstanding customer service. I am excited to have the opportunity to use my experience to contribute toward the growth of the business.”

Along with spending his free time with his family, Simon also joined the Island’s Honorary Police Force earlier this year.

Explaining why he chose to get involved Simon commented, “I joined the force because we feel very privileged to live on such a lovely island and being able to give back to your local community is important. The role is very varied with duties including dealing with escaped farm animals to attending road traffic accidents. “Community spirit, especially in our Parish is amazing, during the COVID-19 pandemic, this has been proven with people thanking us for our service while on patrol.”
